The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.fdm365.co.uk
Please read carefully and print a copy for reference.
1) All prices are shown in £ sterling (inclusive of VAT) and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time without notice.
2) All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairdeal Music Limited is providing this web site and its contents on an "as is" basis and Fairdeal Music Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this web site or contents, materials or products included in this site. In addition, Fairdeal Music Limited does not warrant that the information accessible via this web site is accurate, complete or current.
3) Delivery to UK mainland customers is calculated at the basket stage of the transaction taking into account weight and value of the goods and the applicable service for those associated categories.

Saturday delivery will be a minimum of £25.00
4) No contract will exist between you and Fairdeal Music Limited or any of its subsidiaries for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until the Fairdeal Music Limited accepts your order by confirming that it has shipped your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract is considered to have been formed within the United Kingdom and is interpreted and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Fairdeal Music Limited irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Payment can be made by any major Credit or Debit card. Payment will be debited to your account when the order is confirmed from Fairdeal Music Limited. On items that need to be special ordered from suppliers a full deposit will be debited from your account and an advised shipping date will be given. A full refund can be given at this point if the delivery date does not meet with your requirements. Deposit is non refundable if the special ordered item arrives with Fairdeal Music during the advised time guideline.
5) Delivery will usually be within the specified time in the product information area; a signature may be required upon delivery.
6) Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 48 working hours, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.
7) In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in by emailing customerservices@fdm365.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged or provide a full refund.
8) Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason; this is your cooling off period. You do not need to return the goods within this period for you to secure a refund. A refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation, irrespective of whether the goods have been returned at this stage. If the goods have not been returned we will make a charge for collection and deduct this from the refund. This is the only charge that will be levied.
9) Should you ever have cause to make a complaint please email customerservices@fdm365.co.uk. We guarantee to respond within 48 hours.
10) We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us.
11) At Fairdeal Music Limited we utilise the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including debit or credit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
12) None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
