Fairdeal Music is Birmingham's most loved music store. Established over 20 years ago, we have grown to become one of the uk's largest independant retailer based on our reowned service and unbeatable prices.
We are situated in the centre of Birmingham, just a short walk from New Street Station, Selfridges and the New Bullring Shopping Centre. 
Although we do not have our own car park (we do have a loading bay for collection of goods) do not be put off by that as there is a huge underground car park (Bullring) under us and several convenient NCP car parks in The Arcadian/Chinese Quarter.
We pride ourselves in being able to offer you the best price and service and we constantly offer you fantastic deals and special offers on all top brand names. Our show room has the largest selection of Ibanez, Fender, Dean, Jackson, ESP, LTD, Gretsch, Hagstrom, Hiwatt, Marshall, Line 6, Roland, Yamaha, Casio, Premier, Zildjian and Tama products in Birmingham.

We stock all types of electric and acoustic guitars, digital pianos, keyboards, drums, brass and woodwind along with a massive selection of amp's, pa's, microphones and studio equipment, togther with a huge second hand section so if you need some cash right now, why not sell your unwanted goods? it could'nt be simpler. Our aim is to offer a professional and personal service to all musicians.
With our huge £4m of stock we can normally provide an off the shelf next day delivery service on most items and with almost 15.000 different items in our 10,000 sq ft warehouse, we aim to provide the widest selection of goods avalible from a plectrum to a piano.
We provide ourselves on the quality of our pre and post sales support. Our experianced and dedicated team are here to assist you seven days a week and our in-house repair team ensure that all repairs are completed in the swiftest manner possible.

Fairdealmusic.com was set upto compete with online companies. With this in mind, we decided to offer a straight forward and efficent service for people who were happy to buy online, or who already have a clear idea of what they require.
The Birmingham store offers a different level of service, allowing customers to come and browse an extensive range of musical instruments and equipment in one of our departments within the store.
This service includes one-on-one product advice with experienced musicians/sales team, a huge range of demo stock for you to try, a refund policy (terms apply), 30 day exchange on purchases (terms apply), finance options, a direct point of contact, and a chance for you to make a more informed choice. This all incurs more overheads, hence the difference in prices online and in store.
If you know what you want or are happy to browse online, then buying directly from this site will save you money, If however, you require some advice or would like a demo several different instuments before you buy, then visiting the store will be a better option and we fel the small difference in price is justified if you end up with the right product.
